Something appears to be wrong with clicknupload, i.e., doesn't start the download. Probably a clicknupload problem but I thought it was worth mentioning.

sometimes click upload and ad blockers run afoul of each other, it will be fixed shortly.

Work around,
When you finally get to the actual button (after the count down wait and after the screen of select slow download) that should trigger a save file window with the file name, and the button doesn't work...(I'm assuming this is your issue)

Right click and inspect page, then in the code that appears look through to see the url link for the button and the file name it have the extension on it also as clue, , highlight it and open it as new tab and that should trigger the download window for where to save to as normal. Inspect is hidden at the bottom of the "right click" menu options in chrome.
