The important questions are:

Is it useful & better for it to exist or not?
Has it helped to diagnose or improve the life of patients or not?
In the vast majority of cases, the answers must be 'yes'.

Should Clinicians & diagnosticians be expected to memorise everything contained in these volumes?
The information is reviewed & updated periodically to reflect & incorporate research & practical advancements.

On page 1766 of DSM-5-TR there is a section entitled: "DSM-5 Advisors and Other Contributors"
Not all are men.

Then why bash it with statements like these?:

"It should come with "Caveat Emptor"."
"to meet the criteria for those diagnoses, you end up with GUESSING!!!"
"and its content, debatable. At best, It's like Horoscope"

Your could also apply your opinions to any other branch of the healthcare system. All your post has achieved in doing is to create doubt & uncertainty about a valuable resource and tool.

Lol. It was just a personal rant about a peeve of mine!
I do not assert it has NO value, but should not be treated as authoritative, ultimate truth.

To me, the labeling stemming from its exclusive use by Fat Cat Psychiatrists represents laziness in Mental Health care, and much of my problem with it is the failure to revisit the symptoms themselves once the label is applied. My work is my choice,of course, but as I'm dispatched EXPRESSLY to deal with mental Health system failures (on-site psycho-social crisis intervention), I'm allowed a rant.

Of course it had (still has) a use! I am not totally discrediting it! Trying to put most knowledge about the subject in a handy book (back before the internet in particular) which could be disseminated across Universities and cabinets, what a good achievement! But I studied it, and it's too full of holes to be the nowadays's staple. Many theoreticians have some up with better diagnostic models, but while it's argued how to proceed, laziness prevails. There is decent research done but change comes SO SLOW in Academia!

Ho!BTW I just still utilize the masculine form; "men", "man made" or "mankind" and I mean nothing my it. Goodnite/day to you.

Thanks! I'll check it ouy! However, Meridian already has sent me the first 18 in 480p jap. audio/eng. subs and said he's finish the set and I believe he'll finish the job when he's free... but it's nice to have options : )

There is one thing I'm looking for. The CU (or other small) links for The Devil's hour S2 seem to have dissipated as fast as they popped up (WTH)? I looked (wapload) and it's not there. As of now I can only find 730p at around 350 Mb a piece. Ideas? Good evening

From what can be seen first-hand, it seems absolute majority of homos' sexual behaviour is involuntary and not something they have control over and it appears to be a matter of genetics (anomaly).
