Hi

Please upload without any subitiles . I try to used third party software but problem still persist - in other words the subtitiles still appearing . I cam read , hear and understand English very well

It sounds like he's using a set top media player and can't or can't figure out how to turn the subs off.

I can understand him wanting to continue watching shows using the set top player (I have one myself) so using VLC is not going to be an option for him I'm sure.

Also the sub files are not just lying around loose so he can not just delete the sub file and all is good.

What he needs to do is use MKVToolNixGUI to open up the .mkv container to see what's inside it (video, audio, subs, etc.) and then remove the sub file that way. It's very easy to do and takes only a minute or less per .mkv file if you're only removing the subs.

He'll have to learn the software and maybe he's not so good with computers? I don't know. It's time to learn. Google and Youtube are your friends.

But asking that every show be posted without subs would mean a lot of extra work for RMZ staff and I'm sure they don't have the time.

You have to remove the subs yourself.

For what it's worth, the OP has made the exact same request/complaint about releases in which the subs are in separate files. That situation requires nothing more than renaming/deleting/separating the .srt files, and yet the request/complaint is made nonetheless.
