Seems you're a little quick to jump to the conclusion that it's a fake. If you look at the name of the file that was uploaded it's the subtitles. My guess is there was some error and the main 8 GB file didn't get uploaded.

Sadly, for some. Lucky for me I prefer the RMZ re-encodes, so I don't have to deal with these monstrosities ;)
