Could THE CHI older seasons (at least 1 to 3) be re-uploaded on CU? (dead links due to time) would be SUPER APPRECIATED!
06:12:29
@ Oscar Thanks! Links were good! You are so helpful! Hope this will help others as it did me
01:02:49
@ Ocar2
the quest for the chi season3 episode 10 leads nowhere... the site (S)1-015)you put is very slow (to be expected), but THAT episode just never starts (still at kb after 34h)...
I often used Nollyverse as a backup site; I can't access it anymore. Worked everyday until 2 days ago. Is it just me, or is it down? can you just check?
I hope I find that season 3 episode 10 of The Chi... a last episode is always worse when missing. Hope you're good!
07:43:43
@Oscar2
I have the chi S03S10 now, from previous links; I did let you know it came in did you not see? I must have left the message n general discussion; I feel so guilty you went an extra mile
When you speak of removing tags and chapters, embarrassed to say, I don't what what it refers to and why it should be done. I tried to go to the mkvtoolnix address you left here to see, but got a "402 forbidden" error message. Can you clue me? Thanks! (and sorry again for miscommunication)
07:48:28
@Oscar2
I was wrong; the error message for https://mkvtoolnix.download/downloads.html/
was 404 not found. Same questions still apply as to what or why remove. Thanks for illuminating me on the matter if U can
02:46:29
@Oscar2
I am now curious about subject above, if you could provide a simple explanation... Have a nice day
PS: could not access MeH files for dollhouse without opening an account?
17:56:13
@waanaabe
Usenet is quite a different story from direct download. Usenet is like a fast, always available, completely private, and secure BitTorrent. And one always needs a Usenet provider (hence an account) to download from it.
However, if you have the amazing uBlock Origin installed, you won't see a Usenet option at all. In the MultiUp links provided, each file has 2-3 file hosting sites (1fichier, ClicknUpload and Gofile) to download from. Simply click on any of the hosts, go to its site, and download the file. CnU and Gofile have no restrictions unlike 1fichier.
Here's a demo: https://clicknupload.vip/zpxtkbcth9fu
08:03:23
@MeH
When I went to that site (the .nl, I don't remember where the message with full info was left- have to go back to discussion to find it) for Dollhouse, I was given 3 choices to download from, but apparently not the same ones?
Also, I did open an account... which led me to.. asking to open an account, again, but asking for MORE info, like address and phone number. I never gave this much info to download anything and don't see why I should? Is this normal?
BTW I DID find smaller Dollhouse files on Wawacity... if you don't minf french subtitles (can be turned off anyway) it's not a bad place, plus more european titles. It's got 1fichier (restrictions) but it's just one of 6 options.
I guess I'm so used to direct download that "Torrenting" feel like a step up.. and given I got no vpn.. IDK... safe?
08:07:30
@Oscar2
What a read! I'll go over it when not so late at night- I'm very thankful I'll check out the Vigil 0don't even know what it's about yet but it should be interesting- (I really should come here earlier lol) have a goodnite -or day-
08:14:27
@Meh
Forgot to thank you! When I see some "types" in the general discussion - how they treat you and others - I feel it's important not to be vapid, thankless or impolite
18:09:09
@waanaabe
Did you watch the demo (https://clicknupload.vip/zpxtkbcth9fu) to know about how t download from MultiUp?! I think those UTR encodes (1080p BluRay HEVC 10bit AAC) have the best quality and size of the series. Usenet is a great place to download from mostly due to long file retention time, but you don't need to use it.
Here are the first 3 episodes from those MultiUp links:
https://gofile.io/d/xgAnA9
https://gofile.io/d/skK7eN
https://gofile.io/d/D4ttAo
18:26:21
Image quality of UTR encode of Dollhouse is just great considering the file size. In fact their encodes have great quality and size most of the time
02:28:21
@MeH
I don't know much about encode. But "phenomenal" image quality is lost on me, given that I have a small laptop! But I appreciate
07:06:42
@Oscar2 I printed your toolkit instructions since I'm Omar Simpson when it comes to memory lol! Thanks for all the info
07:51:26
@ Ocar2
I have more of a "content" question; I'm yearning for a -if possible "bingeable"- series... something psychologically thrilling along the lines of sci-fi, criminal, social criticism (or other fitting narratives)..,
I liked "Servant" (beginning seasons before it got TOO supernatural -not a big fan of ghosts/spirits/fantastic-, and of COURSE "Severance" (sci-fi/social criticism)! I've watched the Lazarus project lately but might have preferred The Peripheral? I, as you, did liked "DeVs" (though a touch supernatural, but rules have exceptions; the premise was existential ...
I liked The Capture (UK), the kind of sci-fi that could actually be happening in the now, ripe with conspiracy elements), Silo, some Black Mirror (opinion pieces about sci-fi?), as well as the Dane/Swede "The Bridge" (European criminal investigations)...
These aren't definitive "bests" nor absolutes favorites but what came to mind a range of styles to guide your thinking.
I feel you may be more contemplative than I, at least at the moment I'm an escapist type of viewer but that still needs grounds in reality... yet if you get what I'm asking, I'd really welcome suggestions Goodnite/day!
22:34:48
@waanaabe
While they can be useful and at least give some information, I don't believe in labels (be political, entertainment, etc.) that much. From music to movies and TV series, I've listened to and watched different genres from pop to rock and new age to metal, and from drama to action and sci-fi to comedy.
Anyway, the best TV series I've ever watched is Alice in Borderland (2020-). At first (in 2021), I saw it on download sites and from the cover and very short (2-line) summaries, I wasn't greatly interested in it. Then one year later in 2022, I saw it again and decided to give it a try and that was a whole new experience for me. It was amazingly absorbing! What captivated me through the whole series was the question of "what and where is this place?!".
Other great ones, IMO, are Mr. Robot (2015-),
Desu Nōto (2006-), Squid Game (2021–), Halo (2022–), The Mandalorian (2019–), Silicon Valley (2014–) and Fashion King (2012).
These aren't my favourites (good shows nonetheless) but based on your liking, you maybe interested in them: Dexter (2006-), Hannibal (2013–), Mindhunter (2017–), The Fall (2013–), Big Little Lies (2017–), Bloodline (2015–), The Night Of (2016), Westworld (2016–), Penny Dreadful (2014–), You (2018–) and The Crowded Room (2023).
00:13:59
@ Oscar2
Lol! you won't beleive it but... I have ALL of these (all Aliens included)!
Exeptions: Reacher and the North Water which I'm not sure about on acount of: isn't Reacher a Tom Cruise movie? Also, The north Pole. I can have a look, though does sound brutal).
All good series indeed! Been a while since I see Altered Carbon... The Night manager I remember for Hugh Laurie; I don't waych Loki (I kinda shutdown when I had to do with The Big 2, Marvel and DC; maybe my loss, I know, since I DO watch things like Preacher...) The True Detectives aren't all even (seasons); first remains the best Have you seen Counterpart (with PK Simmons as himself and.. himself "Prime"? Very ood series, sorta sci-fi in premise but not in looks, kinda Noir) canceled too soon because "caters to too male and intellectual an audience to get advertising revenue" quote)..!?!
I's love more ideas though I can see you put work into that list!!! I feel like a vampire here. Ask whenever if you need ideas yourself? Thanks!
01:11:30
@ MeH
I grant you that labels are imitative in life, and should be avoided.It's worse when it comes to people and ideas/ideology/politics) However, for THIS purpose here, it's like shorthand... (and not even perfect for that!)
I Totally agree with you about Alice in Borderland: I have the second season still untouched because someone wants to watch it with me and makes me wait... (I will break down if nothing else grasps my attention fast!) Death Note I watched like 10 years ago, it was much more engrossing that at first glance, surprise! Is the Mandalorian "followable" if you never followed other Star Wars franchise installments?
Mr Robot, Silicon Valley (comedy, nice touch!) and Squid Game I also have and loved (did you see what "the Americans" Squid game which just came out! It's an OUTRAGE!) (Speaking of "The Americans", the series I liked.) Have you seen The Leftovers? The premise itself is worth it, plus the main characters/actors totally deliver.
I see you mention the Fashion King... I do like some K-Dramas, this one (thanks to short synopsis?) didn't catch my eye. Ever seen The Devil Judge or Happiness? Very different from one another but worth watching.
I see "The Night Of" in your choices... but read that only the first episode was gripping and that the rest of episodes were a let down... I assume you didn't think so?
Rest I have seen, except "the Crowded Room" (I'll investigate). "Big Little Lies" I found was oversold for what it is. And a certain actress should start playing her age... plus she has no facial expression whatsoever. But enough about Nicole; insofar as series about a group of women, last night I watched "The Ice House (2 episodes/3h total) and found it interesting for a 90's series with a young James Bond as young investigator (Craig). It starts on the premise of what a community thinks about women who don't act as expected of them, and how it bends the course of seeking the truth.
Thanks for this; it was an interesting array. If you think of anything else let me know! The main thing being "psychologically thrilling/engaging with social commentary if I can find it" (to try and drop labels of genre and focus on end result from personal POV)... BTW one of my favorites ever is "The Wire" which totally found not be found under "thriller" lol!
19:18:49
@waanaabe
I think Star Wars is one of the most over-rated and oversold media franchises out there. Many of their movies are somewhat childish and laughable. Earlier movies were laughable due to absence of CGI and later ones lack intricate/complex plots. However The Mandalorian (2019–) is an exception. I think it's the best show ever created in the world of Star Wars and is worth the time to watch. And it's quite "followable" even if you haven't watched any Star Wars shows.
I haven't watched The Leftovers and Happiness you mentioned but I'm going to. Specially The Leftovers seems interesting since I Am Legend (2007) is one of my favourite movies.
And IMO The Night Of (2016-) is worth watching.
BTW, I forgot to recommend Gannibal (2022–), Monster (2004–), Serial Experiments Lain (1998–) and Another (2012–).
01:34:50
@ MeH
Glad that you saw Three-Body! it was an interesting find (wondering how Netflix has "handled" it...)
I just started "The Night of" last night... wow, what a predicament! Was it the neighbour/"witness"? The black kid who taunted him as he went in the girl's/"witness"? Did he do it under her spell and the drugs? Was someone already hiding in the house? She was strange from the first minute as if she knew she'd die that day... Had to be someone who was close by. In any case you see right away that justice is going to be miscarried, with cops not taking their jobs seriously. And the family will suffer from minute one (already the taxi will be evidence so...) There is going to be all kinds of teeth grinding on my end. Now that I have it all in 720, I doubt I'll re-download it but glad for links (thanks).
Which reminds me, did you see "Homecoming" (first season). Good watch. I was doubtful on account of a big name being reeled in out of nowhere (Julia Roberts) but my doubts dissolved. Good story.
I feel I should warn that the Leftovers has very little to do "with I am legend" which doesn't diminish either.
On that note,I searched Gannibal but found a Japanese FILM; are they related? Where do I find that series, if the series is superior? And thanks for other titles that I shall look up soon
21:12:41
@Oscar2
After watching Return of the Jedi (1983) you can see why I said they're laughable. Even fighting scenes are just laughable! In those days PCs existed but there was no CGI as computers were quite weak (much weaker than today's low-budget smartphones). And as you mentioned models, prosthesis and stunt people were used to make movies, hence made them somewhat childish!
"You don't think Andor is better than Mandalorian?"
Well, I didn't know about Andor (2022– ) and just found out about it from your post I'm going to watch it to see if it's better than The Mandalorian (2019–).
"... animated characters without expressions or depth or nuance in a cartoon world"
Well, I beg to differ. Anime shows and characters can get quite deep. I strongly recommend you watch Grave of the Fireflies (1988), Asura (2012), A Silent Voice (2016), Akira (1988), From Up on Poppy Hill (2011) and Paprika (2006) to have a better judgement.
07:53:33
@Ocar2 @MeH
I have lost some of your precious messages precisely because of the back and forth between general Discussion and pages; I end up looking at the comment column to follow but then fear I missed something (and not all messages make it there). I shall take notes starting now, if GD or is...
You are right, in essence, to want to go GD. However, I feel exposed, I seen how discussion end up sideways when "less-then-gentlemanly" people intrude with their 2 cents. Seen @MeH get into words with come of these "gents". What do you think? I'm not THAT naive to think privacy exist but still? NOT being on GD, you're "less at the pasty". So what do you think? GD or not to GD? We could choose a single a low traffic page?
Also, where EXACTLY to put relevant links for series/movie? I say, why not use the very first (at very bottom) for clarity. In some instances, links were below the pilot, but a middle entry for that pilot so I fumbled each time (this one may be one, lol!); a standard MO would be nice
Does this sound OK? I realize you too have other communications in-site, I don't want to wear you down but value all the info and insight a great deal but get the need to be more formal. Thanks!
00:49:56
@Ocar2
Thanks! I already downloaded the first set you sent though! you make me blush with all this (appreciated) effort!
01:42:22
waanaabe has a valid point about avoiding GD. So we will continue our messaging/chat here.
02:13:42
"Also, I'm considering anonymous private messaging or forum"
What about Discord?! We can use Telegram, WhatsApp or Signal. But I prefer Discord for some reasons (the main one being the ease of access).
06:22:48
@ Oscar2
Discord IS free to use. Phone app. But I just follow, up to you (MeH: don't you need a phone number to add a new user? I guess U look by username once they're in... IDK I was always approached first)
06:38:41
@Oscar2
I checked and even my Notepad (called something else now) is online. EVERYTHING is online, dammit (unless you pay but even there... Grrr.). I'll leave it at that.
I was silly to only backup the stuff I don't want on my PC to external (series). I thought this laptop being linked to my old one would have given me hard backup there, being that it's rarely on thus not online for Microsoft to wipe all? In fact I didn't think. I was forced into something, and paid a big price for not knowing how things worked when getting out when they all of a sudden wanted money. I'll stop here, bloody fresh wound. Them, their damned cloud and the f%$&ing; updates they managed to make impossible to stop!!! (SEE? best not to raise subject, I get myself worked up. Let's stay on good content and good links My bad
15:38:43
@waanaabe
Discord is more of a web/PC program than a phone app since it's primarily used for gaming chat. It needs an email to open an account and I've never used its smartphone application. I (like majority of Discord users) use its website to access its service through a web browser and not its standalone software.
16:06:46
@waanaabe
As Oscar2 mentioned, I think you were/are using a Windows 365 service. In that case if your subscription ends, your data will be deleted after 90 days.
I advise you get rid of Windows 365 completely and install Windows 10 and activate it free of charge (by using KMS) and disable Windows automatic updates and online account.
00:47:22
@MeH
I was NOT using free trial 365. I said it was COMPLICATED. Can't/won't go into now... But have to if I try to open amything (I mean the free online version of 365). I am on windows 10 (try to stay on it but automatic updates try to push it on me), The automatic updates I can't disable (many ppl have this problem, I watch tutorials and nothing works). Let's concentrate on series content etc,,, when I'm ready I'll ask about rest. thanks so much for caring, though
01:01:26
@waanaabe
OK! Sorry to remind you of that nightmare.
What about Halo (2022–)?! Its first episode was just great.
01:19:30
Did you see Leftovers? (I should have put this in same message). Though I seen it so many series ago, something really resonnated with me.. this smoking "cult"?!? How stange people can get when dealing with both grief and the unknown
02:03:12
@MeH
I knew about discord via a game, granted; but the game being on my phone. Just thought me something else.
08:29:02
@ Ocar2 !MrH
just thought of a good one, "Wakefield"
https://rmz.cr/release/wakefield-2021-s01e01-480p-hdtv-x264-rmteam
Very, very effective, fresh take on an old subject.
08:23:42
@Oscar2
I thought "the night of" was excellent! Very moody, good interpretation, a touch of humour with the lawyer's character, more than apt social commentary (I mean, not in depth as what The Wire has done with its multiple seasons/different, somewhat realistic POVs) but I really got into it..
But: Then you run, which I have -but not seen- ...what is wrong with it? it's not worth it? I thought it was your recommendation? What put you off? (both cases)? And what about Midnight Sun*? Reviews were interesting? Thanks for clarifying
I'm "going through" The Fall. I like euro crime shows but this one isn't very euro, realism-wise ("pretty" casting", cops in high heels?) I'm thinking Childood's End after maybe? I should watch Halo and the Mandalorian, and I will, I can't explain what order I'm going in (I don't watch just this when not alone and sometimes I need different from what I watch with others, which now has to do with space vessels, survival etc)
Speaking of, I watched "run from the world" (2h20) (from here), not bad. So,let me know about aformentionned, ok? Thanks!
*where did you get that one?
08:27:19
@MeH
What have YOU watched lately? (reviews?) your imput is VERY valued. Ho, I found out a term for the type of stories I like "anticipatory fiction". Not that you care for labels, lol
22:40:32
I watched "Resurrect Dead - The mystery of the Toynbee Tiles (2011)". It was OK!
Towards the end of the documentary, I could understand/feel the creator of the tiles well and I was kind of sorry/sad for him.
But the idea itself is crazy (in the sense of absurd)! Terraforming other planets is something (which will happen in the next 500 years beginning with Mars) and bringing back the dead is something else (absolutely impossible by humans).
It's enlightening to know that in the movie 2001: A Space Odyssey, they wanted o use Saturn as the final destination of the Discovery mission rather than Jupiter but it was discarded when the special effects team could not develop a convincing rendition of Saturn's rings!!!
Anyway, here's an interesting short documentary:
FINDING SATOSHI

22:48:18
@waanaabe
I've watched some documentaries lately. The fact is documentary is my favourite thing to watch as it gives information and insight about the real world. If I find any good show, I'll inform you
22:52:45
I forgot to say that 360p (the highest quality available for the Resurrect Dead) was not available to download and since 144p is an insult to my (precious) eyes I ended up watching it in 360p on YT.
02:44:43
@Oscar2
I'm so sorry about The Night Of... which I found very good. Sometimes we can cheat ourselves out of a good thing when just watching 1 episode? The details you speak of are, IMHO, just that: details. The kinds of "what ifs" that make a day different then the hundreds before. Why didn't he call a cab? maybe wanted to leave fast.. and maybe Uber etc disn't exist in NYC those years (I don't remember the date and NYC is protective of yellow taxis) In any case, it is WHY there IS a series in the fist place! there had to be a detail that went off! This kid wouldn't steal money.. daddy's car was a "borrow"as for the girl and the cigarette... it turns out later. Pretty much all you see is adressed later, but what is interesting in the series is the bigger picture, and what the details do to change a narrative (coz always more than one when there is a crime right?) The social construct of justice... what the system does not just to the "criminals" but everyone around... and who are "the good guys" when all is flawed? anyhow. I found it infuriating, touching, funny, even, at times. The WHOLE was realistic. I wish I had more time to get more into it, but it would give too much awway anyways, if you were to ever re-try it.
The other I haven't seen yet. 'til later! -waanaa
04:00:23
@MeH
What did YOU think of "The Night Of"? (I'm assuming you either seen it all or not at all, but without going back up, assume you recommended it so...)
You "piqued" my curiosity with "Resurrect Dead..." I love documentaries, yet don't watch enough of them... I think it's an issue of format -films I don't watch alone, and since I view documentaries in "films" in terms of format, they have to pass "consensus"...
... else or get watched much later. I have a lot of unwatched saved. However, I think I should put those that were recommanded before those "found" by accident (and not were "sought", other difference, in terms of interest). What I'm saying is: I'll watch it; I'm just faster with series, on account of time, and those depend on mood (I'm anxious, so for instance, I'm avoiding explosions, gunshots and chases right now). I want to keep my brain engaged without drowning in dystopia, being pushed or shout at lol
A documentary I liked (though not stylish nor stange, just current issues): "what is a woman" (1h34) by Mark Walsh. (It's here). I find interesting how NO ONE seems to be able to give a straight answer, no matter what the gender, degree of education or their closeness/not to gender discourse; it's like their hands are tied by given narratives that they adhere to without understanding, ESPECIALLY the scholars!. It veeres on comical at times, yet you wish it wasn't funny because it's real, you know what I mean I think.
-DISCLAIMER- people have called it rightist propaganda, but I think everyone can see for themselves. -Waanaa
06:31:06
@MeH
ran into problems where you sent me for "Resurrect Dead"; so got it as Mp4 with Yout (I could have just watched it right there but wanted it for later...
14:57:59
@waanaabe
The Night Of (2016-) was my suggestion as I found it interesting for especially two points: displaying US legal system in its bare form, and the relationship between the boss (Freddy Knight) and Naz.
No wonder you liked The Night Of as one critic has wrote: "It is Agatha Christie meets “The Wire,” and it’s one of the best things on TV in an already-great year."
@Oscar2
Unfortunately it's only on NHK World and nowhere else. However I found this (I don't know if it's the real one):

There's no problem! waanaabe was right about avoiding General Discussion. Anyone can avoid this specific page (the-chi-s01e01-pilot-480p-web-dl-x264-rmteam) if they're not interested. And also Admin can do a tweak that comments made here on this page don't show up in Recent Comments section.
We can chat in Discord but the conversations made here can be useful to other people and future visitors of RMZ. It's a part of internet history
07:26:37
@MeH
I understand you watching documentaries; mind expanding content. I like where you're head is going. Keep me (us) posted.
See, if given similar mind-expanding content in fiction series format, I'm thrilled; because the way I keep my eye on social justice and the way the near future is going, the "fiction" part acts as... emotional buffer?. And the 'format" part allows for pause. I don't know if it makes any sense (or rather, if I express it in away that does). lol.
07:31:06
@Oscar2
let people say what they want. Ignore it the way they should ignore us. It's their page too, as long as no one goes ape on anyone else all is good right? Peace
18:38:32
@Oscar2
Your "woke-ist militia"-rant. Show me one of those people (as boneheaded some might be) carrying a firearm or organizing in a militia. That exaggerated frames of violence are a good excuse to not exchange arguments but to attack not only by smearing. In the end, their poor victims just defend themselves, right?
We now could have the same kind of discussion we just had about something else and I'd again be able to rip your "obvious" to obvious shreds. Playing weasely word games about implications and the shifting of the definitions of words from context to context does maybe help some to feel a bit better about themselves, but it's just glass bead games.
You really seem not be able to learn a thing, however it is presented to you. My diagnosis: besides being a frequent liar (who can also show politeness towards others, I give you that much credit) you're the exact mirror of what you are fighting, just sitting on the opposite side of the bonehead spectrum. And before you even start to make something up again: no, I'm not siding with that kind of thinking, neither yours nor 'theirs'.
Why can't you just keep your rants on X (tnfkat) or wherever you make buddies?
21:25:07
@Cinque_Persson
It seems you're willing to follow Oscar2 even to the hell!
Go away and leave him alone.
Go stay angry, and stay woke (but not here on RMZ!)
23:51:14
@MeH
You sound like you're the boss man here, then? Or Oscar's claquer and p.a.? Why arent't you bothered then he keeps keeping on posting utterly stupid political copypasta without being able to even make a point once? (I already saw you're dug into the same trench with him, so don't bother, it's a rhethorical question, anyway). His bs is again on every page in the right column, so it has become part of the public face of the whole site. I'm neither angry (that voice in your head is yours alone) nor woke (as you could have known, if you cared), but as seems to be the nature of hillbilly copypasta boys, they think it stirs up and provokes, but fyi: it just smells repelling.
01:36:18
@Oscar2
"polite", twisting and lying and posing as a victim while being aggressive af as usual. (Hint: you linked to our first discussion in this thread yourself, see above.)
The question is: when will you yourself realize that people do not have to agree with you? Or maybe just realize that throwing copypasta bs insults into the public does not exactly draw the portrait of your entitled self you may believe in? And that your insistence on making your narrow perspectives public entitles everyone else to provide an answer to that?
Lest we forget: Why don't you just try to give an explanation how you feel "forced" by the existence and the display of existing phenomena and why they deserve to be oppressed into silence and invisibility, while your own existence has to remain untouched and heavenly floating above all criticism? Please elaborate.
07:19:36
@Oscar2
Childhood's End seemed very much like a blend of films I've seen with similar premises but mishandled. Rather than criticize it, I'd rather leave you with a suggestion, in the same vein, "To Serve Man" (mush older). Know about it? If you know the ending the film is spoiled. If not: to watch
07:24:20
@MeH (@Osar2, PS
Have you ever seen "To serve Man"? Actually (Oscar) it is not a film but a Twillight Zone (S03E24, 1962). A lot of people know it for the ending, but if not seen: classic.
18:42:32
@Beastie
I haven't been talking to you, although - as you know, I wholeheartedly love you. But you really didn't have to prove your level of understanding and lack of perspective another time, you've already made that point more than often enough. Smth else that might be worth mentioning: given your use of language, it seems like sex must be smth deeply horrifying to you. What a pity, denial is the hardest thing to come to grips with. Just don't lose hope, someday you'll be able to cope with that, too.
18:44:34
@Cinque_Persson
Again that fringe?! LGBTQ+?!
Just because a phenomena exists, does it give some people the right to shove them to the view and mind of everybody else non-stop?!
With this absurd logic of yours, pedophiles, nudists and other similar groups are oppressed and have the right to be seen and heard and displayed!
Even if we assume these are different cases, the fact is all those products of genetic anomalies comprise less than 5% of any society. So it's just that they're displayed in less than 5% of movies, books, TV series, etc. and not more!
01:02:06
@MeH
how did THIS get here? Trying hard not to get into other's business the same way I hope everyone did. I gather it's no one's fault what messages end up on main page comments column. PS: I agree with much of what you say, but don't have the full picture. I just wish politics didn't come between people, I'm not an ostrich, but the theme here is film so it saddens me when it goes totally off topic, for everyone's sake. -peace
01:06:08
@MeH
LG... Are you hallucinating?
Just following absurd associations is not exactly what I'd call thinking. We have words to differentiate things from one another, not to put equal signs between whatever list of them we are in a mood to compile.
The rest: the usual conspiracy bs and self-hypnosis. 23, anyone?
01:07:35
@Beastie
I left the answer to that (and more) over here:
https://rmz.cr/release/the-essential-church-2023-1080p-bluray-x264-oft#commentform
01:20:57
@Oscar2
Yes, that episode was ahead of its time! It does leave an impression. What are you watching now?
01:26:52
@MeH
What are you currently watching? anything to recommend?
I started Gannibal -but not watching alone so can't binge-. Also, I am going thought "The City and the City": I think the premise is interesting but maybe too difficult to render properly? I'll finish it, just to see. Have a good evening.
19:42:10
@waanaabe
Currently I have a huge backlog of things to watch
I used to watch mostly movies as I thought of TV series a waste of time. It's been only recently (since several years ago) that I've started to watch series. So I've watched a lot more movies than series.
I absolutely recommend these great movies to watch:
Memories of Murder (2003), Parasite (2019), Peppermint Candy (2000), Lady Vengeance (2005), Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter... And Spring (2003), Fireworks (1997), The Handmaiden (2016), Late Spring (1949), Oldboy (2003), Burning (2018), Tokyo Story (1953), Rashomon (1949), Love Exposure (2008), Mother (2009), Cure (1997), A Tale of Two Sisters (2003), One Fine Spring Day (2001), Ashes of Time (1994), The Ballad of Narayama (1983), Infernal Affairs (2002), Edge of Tomorrow (2014), Shoplifters (2018), The Warlords (2007), The Quiet Family (1998), House of Flying Daggers (2004), Joint Security Area (2000), Grave of the Fireflies (1988), Hero (2002), Shutter Island (2010), Christmas in August (1998), A Bittersweet Life (2005), An Autumn Afternoon (1962), In the Mood for Love (2000), My Night at Maud’s (1969), Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (2000), The Classic (2003), Memento (2000), The Housemaid (1960), Drive My Car (2021), Bedevilled (2010), La Dolce Vita (1960), Architecture 101 (2012), A Better Tomorrow (1986), Woman in the Dunes (1964) and Fallen Angels (1995).
I recommend you don't read reviews and watch only one movie a day (from the list above) starting from Memories of Murder (2003).
01:20:13
@MeH
Thanks, I will print this! And if any series ideas... in any case, have a good week-end
01:22:39
(It will take me some time to go through all this... movies are harder to watch since the only times I can watch them we are two -so consensus- or one pick after the other lol you know what I mean)
07:30:35
@Ocar2
I think one has to read to book (Childhood's End), or at least to some re-imaging/void filling to properly contemplate said questions.
With City and the City I fell I've been given but a morsel of what could have been more; I want to know more about the situation of the two cities, the physical reality of it, maybe through someone else than a mourning cop? I feel it's rushed, want to sense and know more about the everyday and the how it came to be more than about the quest for Orciny.. But that's just me.
Ho, seen the Mummy films, sorta recently, even
If ever in need comic relief: I just watched: "Quick Change" (1990). It's a Bill Murray fare about a clown doing a bank heist without a hitch... except that NYC seems to conspire to not let him leave! just a silly good time LoL
There are things I'd like to offer, but they kind of come from either of you... It'll come (bad memory for names) MeH speaks Highly of "memories of Murder (2003)... seen it, really good, from the same filmmaker as Parasite,Okja, Snowpiercer... albeit les visually stylish it's high in emotion.
And at one point I suggested the New-Zeland series "Wakefield". Very different insight of what we call an "azylum" from refreshing point of view: loved it. Did you have a look? try a few; I know you quit after the pilot, lol Have a good night -W
07:55:29
@Oscar2
Say, have you seen THIS? I liked it
https://rmz.cr/release/the-peripheral-s01e01-480p-web-x264-rmteam
00:23:06
@Oscar 2
Peripheral was NOT renewed??? OMG can't imagine what reasons were given I was really going somewhere too! I'm sad
I just downloaded the music you sent. TTYL
06:59:53
@Oscar2
Because I'm cheap with space, I never get the 1080p format... mine came from here (my go to for small format films;
https://193.233.203.165/?s=memories+of+murder&post;_type[]=post&post;_type[]=tv You'll get your pick, I usually use Mega 480p
If you absolutely require 1080p, ask MeH he has the film so?
19:31:25
@Oscar2
See here:

07:20:10
@Oscar2
I'm glad you got "Memories". Poignant.
It was my birthday today (17th/12) and I needed light humour.. Seen "Trading Places"? (1983 so you know, Eddie Murphy, Dan Akroyd, Jamie Lee Curtis, etc). In case:
https://193.233.203.165/?s=trading+places&post;_type[]=post&post;_type[]=tv
I know It's not "elevated viewing" but we all have days where the brain needs off and a throwback to simpler times does the job
17:25:52
@waanaabe
Happy birthday!
Here are some good movies especially suitable for this holiday season:
Our Little Sister (2005), Cyborg She (2008), Good Bye Lenin! (2003), Welcome to Dongmakgol (2005), Tampopo (1985), Scandal Makers (2008), The Family Game (1983), Midnight Runners (2017), Look Who's Back (2015), Extreme Job (2019), Veteran (2015), Suite Dreams (2006) and The President's Last Bang (2005).
17:30:23
I also recommend these two very good anime series:
One Punch Man (2015-) and Watashi ga Motete Dousunda (2016).
14:31:34
@Oscar2
Again bored enough from your RL to start another round? Or did I maybe hit a spot? You seem not just to match the exact definition of a troll (remember I posted you that), a snowflake (no-no has a point there) and a notorious liar (as shown, too), now also a (failing) linguist and a tiny pitbull not able to let go. Ok, just for you, again:
Lest we forget:
a) your hymn: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=awY1MRlMKMc
b) Why don't you just try to give an explanation how you feel "forced" by the existence and the display of existing phenomena and why they deserve to be oppressed into silence and invisibility, while your own existence has to remain untouched and heavenly floating above all criticism?

@Oscar2
"and I believe Cinque_Persson and no-no areactually the same person, because they appear & disappear at exactly the same times."
It's somewhat true that their timing is in sync but I really doubt that they're the same person.

@Cinque_Persson
This is the response to that YT poison you posted:

@Oscar2
Do you know how to get "something Undone" in 480p? Thanks (nothing on CU here)
01:27:26
@Oscar2 forgot to say "please" and "Thanks" in my efforts to be succinct Sorry
02:15:57
@Oscar2
hi! I think you might know something about this: today I just CANNOT download from Clicknup.. way too many ads. I was patient with adds (very) but know I just don't get to the file AY ALL after 15 mins... is there an adblocker free that works ontop of firefox and doesn't cut us off from certain types of pages? I never had this problem., I just can't download today thank you so much (all I wanted was american dad but .. no)
05:51:34
ffs admin, can't these twats get banned? Shitting all over the comments section.
16:50:07
@BeastieLovie
Logic is not your strong foot, is it? Nor is memory. If I address a believer, I will of course also use the vocabulary of this belief in order to point towards its inherent inconsistencies and cracks. The central point of the cracks in christianity is having two books and having to ignore the latter's core points in order to be able to use the former as a blueprint for rules and regulations, self-rightiousness and authoritarianisms today.
Considering the "shoving down"-theme: Ever noticed that 23 is everywhere, where important things arise? As is 5, which is the cross sum of 23 as 2+3, which are all prime numbers. Just have a look, you'll never be able to ignore those numbers anymore once you were able to spot the pattern. They're everywhere, from JFK to "Barton Fink", just have a look at the Kaballa, the Bible, the Koran, Ulysses (Homer as well as Joyce), the Dollar, Hitler, Stalin, Jerry Lewis, clue after clue and on and on - but: you'll have to connect the dots yourself. I won't tell. Neither will they. 23, 23, 23 everywhere... But why do they shove them down our sore throats 24/7 for ages? Who are they anyway? I won't tell, either.
You keep doing exactly 2 things here: ignoring the massive amount of content of others while repeating their rhethorical phrases (I entered the daddy spank topic with Oscar weeks ago and also added a lot of context to it, but that's just one of the many things I wrote, you now just copy back. So I'm still waiting for an original thought by you, something that isn't just a statement or a hollow phrase, something that hasn't already been copypasted a million times in the bubble you seem to enjoy).
The second thing is putting your love of swear words into the open, mostly consisting of themes of feces and sexual practices. Do you really believe that to be a display of any kind of strength, virtue, belief? If so: poor guy. But show me its holy book, please - the more the merrier.
19:57:46
@waanaabe
"Was this not our peaceful page :/ ???"
Sorry I didn't start it and just responded to some comments ^_^;
And uBlock Origin is the undisputed king of content/ad blockers. Not only ads, it can block any element of a web page easily. After installing it you will have a very different (and much better) experience on internet. You can whitelist RMZ though
Don't forget to select appropriate filters from "Filter lists" in uBO's dashboard.
00:42:45
@MeH
"Sorry I didn't start it and just responded to some comments ^_^;"
Oh, did you?
Well, over at
https://rmz.cr/release/if-you-were-the-last-2023-480p-web-dl-x264-rmteam
"just responding" started a little bit more like this little compilation:
Coronavirus:
"Why are there so many f4ggy movies these days? I delete them after 5min of watching."
(which had no connection to the movie posted)
MeH:
"It's not good -_-"
Bigfishguy:
"Brokeback Space Shuttle"
(which had nothing to do with the movie posted, either)
Oscar2
"It's propaganda & brainwashing
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Propaganda
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brainwashing
Have read of Nineteen Eighty-Four, or at least the Wikipedia article
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nineteen_Eighty-Four"
(which had even more nothing to do with the movie posted and is also a little stupid, given the massive diversity of media content today)
MeH
"@Oscar2
Definitely true. They're after lust and call it love! Love for all!!!
And this whole thing has become an agenda for them. I always wonder why they have spent a huge amount of time and money to push this to everybody's mind. There are many other problems in this world which affect a lot more people than this, and yet they don't care about those problem this much.
They = Western governments/states and establishments"
(now if that's not a nice spin - nearly everybody's potentially included, "just not the two of us, buddy, eh?" Just lacks a little detail how that worked, you know, like journalism-ish stuff like: who, how, what, where and when.)
Oscar2
"@MeH
"""I always wonder why they have spent a huge amount of time and money to push this to everybody's mind"""
"I think because they sense & don't want to admit that their behaviour may be incorrect (in a biological sense) and therefore want to force everyone else to validate them as behaving normally."
(worth 'The Shining Golden Facepalm Of Neverending Ignorance Wrapped Inside The Magical Box Of Doubtless Self-Entitlement And Bliss Through Parroting Enshitternet Meme Bubble Hullabaloo and Bling-ka-ching', please put a plus one to my name on the guest list for the ceremony, once out of my arsenal, that is)
...
MeH:
BTW there are 2 kinds of people involved in homosexual sex: 1. Those who are genetically programmed to do so and have no other choice. 2. Those who have no inner urge to do it and yet do it for adventure/fun.
I think the first kind is nothing but a genetic disorder just like hemophilia. And I believe if scientists study enough homosexuals (say more than 2000), the conditions which result in a homosexual child will be discovered and thus this deviation can be prevented by testing parents before giving birth to a child.
(a tiny little bit of eugenics against the 'dirty and sick', an evergreen)
And on and on down the rabbit hole, not to forget a little more love and respect spread by timt, too, so:
waanaabe
"Was this not our peaceful page :/ ???"
You tell me. Maybe it was, maybe bc most of those accounts just did stick to what this website is about? At least until they fell for bullshitting and wanted to have a piece of the action, too.
01:39:57
@DoubleOscar
This time some real words ot truth from your mouth, a premiere in these threads, as "a compilation of nonsense" is what my former post was a reaction to as well as it was about.
"When the moment of your inevitable death arrives, the joke will be on you."
I can hear you laughing loud and clear, I'm just not sure it really sounds like the perpetrators' laughter, yet, so laugh a little longer. After all, it's one of those Yoga things now, too.
But: does HE really like lying, attacking minorities or the suppression of his sheep by self-entitled little priesties that much?
The Book of Moses should better be rewritten in time, then, to spell: 'Man created god in his own image'. Maybe a little suggestion like this at your end of time could save your soul?
The only drawback is: I'm afraid you'd need well-adjusted and stable arguments for once, as they've been in the business far too long up there for that bs, I fear just pejorative statements out of thin air won't do the trick. Probably better to have a little practice, now, than be unprepared.
But then again: hasn't HE said his son already took all of your sins on his shoulders? Phew, just go on then, nothing to worry about but those disbelieving dirty filthy mofos. You'll teach them for HIM in HIS name, won't you? And HE'll love it. And therefore HE'll love you. And all is well. Amen.
15:07:17
@Cinque_Persson
Genius! In response of waanaabe saying "Was this not our peaceful page :/ ???", I wrote "Sorry I didn't start it and just responded to some comments ^_^;". waanaabe was referring to this very page and I meant this specific page (the-chi-s01e01-pilot-480p-web-dl) too.
And that's why I suggest we comment on https://rmz.cr/release/if-you-were-the-last-2023-480p-web-dl-x264-rmteam or https://rmz.cr/release/the-essential-church-2023-1080p-bluray-x264-oft if we're going to continue this discussion.
"But then again: hasn't HE said his son already took all of your sins on his shoulders?"
That's just wrong! We all know that the Bible isn't words of God but "an anthology, a compilation of 66 books and letters written by more than 40 authors during a period of approximately 1,500 years". And it's been subject to some distortions and wrong beliefs and inclusions. While the Quran is actually words of God revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (or at least Islam claims it that way). Here's a very chapter (Chapter 112) of the Quran: "Say, “He is God, the One, (1) God, the Absolute. (2) who has not given birth, and has not been born, (3) and there is none equal to Him." (4)"
Jesus isn't the son of God or the incarnation of God but a mere servant of God like all other humans. However he was above most of the people and was a prophet of God.
And again from the Quran: "So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, (7) And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it. (8)"

@DoubleOscar
"Dickhead psychopathic Troll"
Hey, Beastie, here's a Beastie-impersonator.
Oscar, better leave the swearing to him, at least he's good at it. And please let go the pluralis majestatis. While you might imagine earning a crown for your lack of arguments and labelling, it just further highlights your emperor's clothes.
"Too stupid to understand this:
"""When the moment of your inevitable death arrives, the joke will be on you"""
It's not religious.
Dickhead psychopathic Troll"
Hm, what else would be a possible interpretation? Are you threatening me? Over the web?? Please elaborate, your posts get even more hollow and confusing at the same time.
@MeH
"We all know..."
Besides I wasn't talking to you: Try to have an argument with any fundamentalist about that and have some fun.
Concerning the interpretation of 'page': your buddy Oscar referenced the other discussion above, opening up just another round of him slurring others. So I could say too: I didn't start it and just responded to some comments. Again his, but you rarely fail to fall in on it.
21:41:38
Cinque_Persson
Whenever you have nothing better to say, you take refuge in sophistry and nonsense. Just pathetic
21:58:01
@MeHMeHMeH
Sophistry - didnt't I add this term to your active vocabulary just a few posts ago, too? Just added to the growing list of stuff you cushy mirrored back at me. Well done, at least you're able to pick up some things.
03:45:26
@waanaabe
thank you so much (all I wanted was american dad but .. no)
">
I use Firefox, too, and I almost never see ads. Have you tried using 'uBlock Origin'? That's what I use; it's excellent, and also let's you block specific elements that do manage to get though its filters.
14:32:31
@DoubleOscar
"debate, clarification, explanation, or evidence"
Where and when would you have provided any of that? You initially posted troll content and posted some links which you picked the cherries from that match your guts to defend that.
Since then nothing but labelling, name-caling and stupid allegations. No reference to anything else, not one single reply with at least a little meat on the bones. If that's all there is in your "arsenal", that's a little shallow.
A liar, still. And a manipulative one, now using the gaslighting classic "You know yourself, think about it." garbage. I wonder if your relatives, especially partner or children still talk more than the necessary with you, if at all. If so, I pity them.
18:39:29
@DoubleOscar
"And you still don't understand"
Gaslighting.
"Your behavior gives us a great impression & confirmation about how your people are."
Zero substance, just stupid allegations. (And who would 'my people' be? Do THEY have names, too, or is it again your stereotypes speaking?)
"Dickhead psychopathic Troll"
Labeling, name-calling.
Thanks for delivering it all together again in a comfortably compressed package.

@Cinque_Persson
"Sophistry - didnt't I add this term to your active vocabulary just a few posts ago, too?"
Delusional airhead! After years of reading books and taking courses on philosophy, logic and critical thinking, you will be the last person on earth to teach me something related to these subjects.
23:00:52
@MeH
"After years of reading books and taking courses on philosophy, logic and critical thinking"
Doesn't really show, allow me to have my doubts about that.
03:02:55
@DoubleOscarLovie
Still nothing of any worth to say? Still just repeating repeating repeating the hollow mantras of what you think was your sparkling idea, answer, box label of the day? I guess that must be how belief and self-entitlement work. If you cannot find an anchor in the world, just grow one inside your own skull. There's lots of blueprints out there and most come with an us, funnily even those, who refuse us.
Besides being a self-entitled liar marinated in group-think and muddy categories devoid of any rl logic, now you're just boring. Maybe, if again you at least put your Beastie coustume on and gave us a little dance and some genitals and feces again? Boring, too, and it also wouldn't make a point, but at least it'd be a tiny bit more interesting. Who wouldn't need a rich collection of vulgarity?
13:52:40
Dear @Beastie
Repetetive here are: you (swearing) and Oscar (copypasta mode).
How friendly and peaceful it was, when 4 airheads spread one-eyed blame game conspiracy lunacy and declared a faction of the population to be all filthy evildoers to be silenced and finally genetically cured.
And towards logic and understanding: implying that some believe, THEY would try to rule by producing media content everyone is free to ignore instead of trying to rule by force ("instead of just killing you off "they" nudge you to post nonsensical rants in full anonimity into the public sphere" and implying that would mean anybody making that point would somehow rally behind that, is pure logical nonsense, and either associations runnning wild or rhethoric.
The rest is just the same sophistry, cherypicking and swearing as until now.
"as such, I am considering passing on your posts to a forum with anonymous people, who may take an interest in your actions, and show you the error of your ways
all decisions have consequences"
Here goes the first real threat in this thread. But do you actually believe what you write? Who would that be? The "Deep State", the Illuminati, the FSB or your personal Beastie militia?
22:22:36
@ Beastie
First of al the trolling started "when 4 airheads spread one-eyed blame game conspiracy lunacy and declared a faction of the population to be all filthy evildoers to be silenced and finally genetically cured." .. snd then jumped on me who was countering. Don't like to have to defend yourself? Why not just shut up then? Don't like to be ridiculed or demonized? Why giving others that treatment then?
And for the threatening part: if you bring the Anonymous, my daddy brings all da liuns an' da tigers an' da elliphants ann' da panchers ans bears ans snakes ...
Silly childheads.
23:13:36
@MeH
Hi! I was LOOKING for you! I tried all these pilots, must have missed one... couldn't find it! I tried to send messages that never got seen I guess? In any case, SO glad you wrote...
Happy Hollidays to you too! (I celebrate Festivus BTW... "they drove my family out of Bay Side (..for our beliefs)!" (-Geroge Costanza) lol
What you wrote in GD was touching. You are a positive energy around here -in the world I should say- keep in touch
03:10:42
@Beastie
'"genetically cured" this came from info you provided.
you should read your evidence before you post it."
I guess you should read, from the beginning, it was MeH's hint, cited here again in its shining glory:
"… nothing but a genetic disorder …. I believe if scientists study enough homosexuals … this deviation can be prevented by testing parents before giving birth to a child."
What a friendly, respectful and good-willing idea. I guess even the gay people using rmz rallied behind it in depictions of mere joy, maybe even calling for their parents to join the party.
^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^
"people are entitled to believe what they want."
I know, and nowadays believing mere bs fo' da lulz is hotter than July. "Proof? Nah, heck, if it fits my guts? Anyway there's only two kind of people in the world: my guys and the @%§&!! <-- enter ever shapeshifting enemy here.
If you were a scholar of philosophy, I'd meditate a while about Kant's opening sentence "Enlightenment is man's emergence from his self-imposed immaturity." And then maybe later read on.
Believing and spreading bs without any logic and hard proof behind is - so sorry to say the obvious again - the exact opposite of that. That's belief aka fairytales, at best a kind of post-modern ritualistic self-hypnotizing superstition.
^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^
Still, of course you may believe in what you wish, but as soon as you're entering the agora, painting a whole group of people of being demons and by doing that, parroting quite a lot of the latest mass murderers' manifestos ('manifestos', not just 'leaflets' or 'pamphlets', as oh such great and to be admired scholars of philosophy they are), you might get a reply by people who are just as well entitled to do so as you wish to be.
What you claim is an exclusive right of free speech just for yourself (pars pro toto for opinions you regard as 'good'). Therefore you have the right to blame, smear, attack, throw fairytales and names around as you wish; now that's free speech! An opponent to your text output should not have that right, because that would clearly hurt your right, righty-right, cowboy? I do understand the wish. Do you?
Here's the basics:
a) Having the right to an opinion is the right to stay unharmed from the powers of the state for telling your beliefs (with certain and for good reasons criminalized exceptions).
b) Having the right to an opinion does exclude your publicly voiced opininion has to be regarded and treated as a dogma by all other members of that public (aka 'heavenly floating above all criticism'), as that would harm their own right to having and voicing an opinion.
c) Thus your right ends where their right begins.
(Heard it click already? If not, read again.)
In practice, it's not as easy as it looks. That's why mankind came up with ideas like rules of debate and ethics. Spreading rumors and fairytales clearly violates both, Mr. Philosophicus. And so is throwing feces, as that's what gorillas do.
^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^
"please insult & be disrespectful towards the anonymous"
So chilling.
But why would I anyway? It's not 'the anonymous' throwing feces at wide parts of the world population or threatening me – you are. And that's both as childish as it is ridiculous and that obviously had to be written to you once again, my philosopher friend. Although in a way you sometime may have already known all that, too. But if so, what happened?

@Beastie (2)
Meanwhile back in the main thread, the resident Beastiegorillatroll is cherrypicking, warping and throwing feces again:
^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^
"another entertaining post from the resident troll
he can dish it out, but he can't take it
this time the deranged fuckhead clearly shows his intelligence & maturity levels with this threat
"my daddy brings all da liuns an' da tigers an' da elliphants ann' da panchers ans bears ans snakes ..."
I'm not making this up. look at the original post

^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^
Let's have a snack of context:
Beastie:
as such, I am considering passing on your posts to a forum with anonymous people, who may take an interest in your actions, and show you the error of your ways
all decisions have consequences.
Me:
Here goes the first real threat in this thread. But do you actually believe what you write? Who would that be? The "Deep State", the Illuminati, the FSB or your personal Beastie militia?
Beastie:
your truly are an idiot or have mental problems.
you don't even know who the anonymous are.
keep going smart ass.
they hate trolls like you.
you are not the first or last.
Me:
And for the threatening part: if you bring the Anonymous, my daddy brings all da liuns an' da tigers an' da elliphants ann' da panchers ans bears ans snakes ...
^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^
What else but kindergarten should anyone be reminded of by some Beastie threatening another person over the internet with calling his big brothers over a discussion about opinions and his self-serving ways of claiming "rights for me but not for thee"?
You got a mirror of what childish pose you turned to, now you are even crying for help over in the main forums? Didnt't Oscar do exactly that? I'm having a hunch.
Who "can dish it out, but … can't take it" is out for the laughs. Bananas.
P.S. Yup, a "scholar of logic and philosophy" not capable of a debate about law or enlightenment, just capable to deliver a "shitload" of swear words about feces and genitalia mixed with pfffffrrrrt 'you are, you do this or that'. Impressive. And so mature.
04:31:22
@Bestie feces throwie
You not getting too much but playing the person capable of assessing, judging, evaluating seems to be at the heart of the problem. The first step is to acknowledge that (might be hurtful, but there's beauty left and right on the way afterwards, maybe even friends, instead of dudes and buddies).
05:16:15
@Beastie feces throwie
Back into the man cave. Please do me a favor and send Oscar out again, it's getting boring, now I have called out your awkward editing. Maybe he's had time to brood and could come up with a new idea, how to blame me of things, I already showed in you and him from the beginning. Oh, and some fresh cherries, please.
17:53:12
@Cinque_Persson
Your problem is that you (perhaps deliberately) misinterpret and hence distort other people's words the way that best serves you. And that distortion results in made-up crap like "painting a whole group of people of being demons and by doing that, parroting quite a lot of the latest mass murderers' manifestos". With wrong data comes wrong conclusion!
Nobody here wrote that those people are 'demons' or 'evildoers' or should be 'genetically cured' or 'killed' but you. Only you used these exact words trying to show a false image of others that don't share your views on promoting a minority group.
For example I said that these people didn't choose the way they are and hence don't deserve to be blamed for what the combination of their parents' genes has done to them and "if scientists study enough homosexuals (say more than 2000), the conditions which result in a homosexual child will be discovered and thus this deviation can be prevented by testing and screening parents before giving birth to a child."
This whole discussion emerged from a complaint about too many media contents about an uncommon phenomenon which affects less than 4-5% of population and then you heroically! jumping in to champion homosexual rights advocacy! While in fact you seem like an extremist trying to silence all those who oppose your views.
04:48:55
@MeH
Taken out of context, everything you write makes sense. Just that this condition only exists inside your inner cinema with all doors closed. There always is a lot more context, context already written on these pages as well as happening in rl.
-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-
The "extremist" angle shall do it it now? The next play card du jour from the book of smearing tactics? Only in funny guy's minds, those who oppose to the demonization of romcoms depicting mutual love are extremists. Extremists rather are people who want to silence content they dislike, people whose opinion they dislike, people who answer not with arguments, but threats. Not even all of them, but doesn't that sound a little familiar?
I'm extreme in one point only: I won't let a growling feces throwing Beastie, the sophistry of a MeH or a copypasting Oscar keep me from pointing out their double standards, airy self-entitlement to uncountered 'free' speech, logical fallacies, blind spots and vulgarity.
-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-
MeH
"if scientists study enough homosexuals (say more than 2000), the conditions which result in a homosexual child will be discovered and thus this deviation can be prevented by testing and screening parents before giving birth to a child."
- What is 'prevention'?
- What qualifies something in general to be countered with prevention?
- What does that perspective tell us about those, whose actual existence should have better been prevented by "testing and screening"?
- And what does that perspective tell us about those, who look at them that way?
The 'problem of homosexuality' is the perversion of 'care' (here as 'medical prevention') by authoritarian minds for made up reasons (some of which minds even just fight or try to hide their own sexual urges by doing so publicly, see e.g. the case of Bridget Ziegler, co-founder of 'Moms for Liberty' and thousands of other cases like that. "Rights for me but not for thee."
-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-
MeH
"This whole discussion emerged from a complaint about too many media contents about an uncommon phenomenon which affects less than 4-5% of population and then you heroically! jumping in to champion homosexual rights advocacy! While in fact you seem like an extremist trying to silence all those who oppose your views."
Let me translate:
This whole discussion emerged from a complaint about 400 million people, who have already been brutally silenced for ages (and still are in a lot of places), not being silent enough for you today.
And a bit later: add all their relatives, friends and allies.
-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-
All that because after hundreds of years of versions of that same crap, homosexuals don't want to live silenced and hidden anymore and use the constitutions of their home lands to demand the same rights as all other people, even that to producing 24h of boring romcoms a day, just as others have the right to produce 24h of heterosexual, asexual or whatever sexual or nonsexual boring content a day for some milennia until now.
-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-
Whereas deviant people have not only been silenced, but ridiculed, bullied, exiled, encarcerated and butchered (and still are today), the forum tmi-faction of a few feels overly stressed by not being bullied by anyone to watch too much content not produced with them in mind as the target group at all.
Oh what an overly hard burden and fate fell upon those complaining fellas about having nowadays been befallen with another plague (tag) to add to the list of those other tags by which movies are to be easily excluded from the process of filling up their data-hoarder's TB harddrives!
That's why they complaining fellas have those nice ideas and metaphors to paraphrase their tortures (and by that those who torture them).
Let's look back once again at just the first few statements:
- Why are there so many f4ggy movies these days? I delete them after 5min of watching.
- It's not good -_- (MeH)
- Brokeback Space Shuttle
- It's propaganda & brainwashing. Have read of Nineteen Eighty-Four, or at least the Wikipedia article (Oscar)
- A typical response from LGBTQI members or supporters ... Its not about love. You can love someone without needing sexual relations with them ... don't try to force everyone else to believe what you believe, and then cancel or ridicule them into silence ... (Oscar)
- Definitely true. They're after lust and call it love! Love for all!!! And this whole thing has become an agenda for them. I always wonder why they have spent a huge amount of time and money to push this to everybody's mind. (MeH)
- They = Western governments/states and establishments
- I think because they sense & don't want to admit that their behaviour may be incorrect (in a biological sense) and therefore want to force everyone else to validate them as behaving normally.
...
Now that went down fast ever deeper into the rabbit hole, didn't it? From dislike to ridiculing to projecting kitchen psychology to world conspiracy to smearing and personally devaluating every single homosexual and ally in just 8 posts.
In comparison let's again read your euphemistic description of that:
MeH
"... made-up crap like "painting a whole group of people of being demons and by doing that, parroting quite a lot of the latest mass murderers' manifestos". With wrong data comes wrong conclusion!"
You can read the first few sources to my replies right up there and there's more I could cite. That doesn't go away, even not with a lot of sophistry.
And all the while I'm still waiting for the "data" behind that conspiracy fringe compilation and the whole lot more generalizing, demonizing and flatfooted othering of about 400 million people plus all their families, friends and allies that followed.
-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-
I provided lots of arguments and perspectives one could have picked at, answered to, have had a conversation about, critizised, whatever. But - typically? you decide. - I have been called a few dozen dirty names and negative attributes, while not one reliable statement has been made towards what was initially asserted by you and Oscar or towards any of what I added. Maybe I should have dumbed down my expectations and thrown feces, like the three of you, instead?
To again come up with just another round of blame game after all of that? That's just weak, don't you think?
21:55:44
@Ela
"How are human children created?"
You already know about bees and flowers, do you?
"Never mind. I just read that you don't even believe in science"
Say no more, gentle stranger, you've got it all figured out, so I'll throw myself in the dust before you.
02:21:56
Oh, I think you tried starting a conversation. Before that I didn't even know you existed. And as you know, you could be as well a grandpa as an Oscar, who's to say? Never mind, I guess I would prefer not to. Bye.
