The season episode numbers are screwed up with this show, and like @Oscar2 said, it's most likely going to be labeled as "The UnXplained S03E17" if one of the scene groups ever rip it and upload it.

Even The History Channel says it's S04E10 too, but, for some unknown reason the scene likes to make-up their own episode numbers that don't match the official season & episode numbers.

Back in April, they started labeling a few episodes with season 04, and then a few weeks later they went back to labeling it as season 3 again.
