Seems to me like the DMCAers have really been busy here lately, and not just on the notoriously kill-it-ASAP! HBO fare. Many OL links in particular are dying out in just 2-3 days. And unlike the RM and UL links, they never seem to get reupped. Maybe it's not possible with OL links (?). Thank the gods for the CU links.
