The FireStick is a streaming device, not a standalone player. To watch downloaded content on one, the fastest way is to cast it from your laptop or mobile device/ipad. Search the Amazon App Store for Airstream, follow the setup instructions (real easy), and your good to go.

@bearman, dsnv7 is correct but it (mine) resides on your network as a wifi device so you can do either. Since it has internet access, I usually d/l directly to it. Don't get carried away, though. I found so much stuff I filled up all the memory quickly. Just search firestick crack youtube. I did mine a while ago and the copyright trolls have shut down many but not all of them and new ones have popped up.

Thanks for the info, I only need a couple of channels like the NFL, and CBS All Access. Maybe a couple more. I just ordered the stick and that is why I am starting to check it out. I have a lot of Video's from UT and have a lot to learn.

As 'MAMPYMAN' suggested, the search is borked.

The new captcha system NEVER passes, and is caught in an endless loop of captcha tests. I sat through a thousand cat pictures before I gave up trying. The new captcha system is either completely broken, or someone's idea of a sick joke.

I'm not complaining here, just reporting. No offense intended. Thanks.

Ad blockers, such as uBlock Origin can block scripts that captchas need to work. If you use one, maybe try turning it off for this site? I've never encountered anything bad here.
