Hello everybody. Does anyone have more information regarding this new Quibi app? They have some interesting shows like The Fugitive, Survive etc. but i'm not sure if they can be uploaded/viewed normally or it is strictly something that can be viewed on mobile phones.

Yes, only for mobiles, however, you can try an emulator like Bluestacks, some have complained that the lag and low-res was terrible but others were able to make it work smooth and proper in chrome.
