It's not "missing", as it simply isn't here yet.

It's likely that the bots simply skipped it because the connection dropped, but after some time, they will often try again.

You need to wait a few days before before saying it's missing, as you haven't even given it a day before nagging about.

And if you're in such a hurry, simply look elsewhere, as it was posted on S-RLS on Jan 1.

I was able to DL them all short time, in 600mb to 900mb mp4 files.

Regardless, at this point, my recommendation is to either nag Admin via email about it, or just get it from Scene-Rls.

The choice is yours, but I'd simply choose the latter option, but then, I am not you.

That said, if you still have issues with grasping your apparent choices in such matters, then perhaps you should play the game The Stanley Parable, as much can be learned by fully exploring it.

If anyone is interested, I'm in the process of making a fan edit of The Stand (2020-2021), as they screwed it up with many flashback scenes that break the flow the story. But as it is now, all the scenes are there to make it 100% linear.

I'll likely be done with it in March 2021, but it might take longer.

Also, I know I'm not the only one in the process of doing this.

"links" and "releases" are two very different things. Hence your questions is at best ambiguous.

In other words, if you want a clear answer, then it's best to ask a clear question.
