Bots do all the uploading. If there is an error they simply move on and don't re-try.
To get missed episodes like this, go to scene-rls dot net and search. The exact same file is there, simply without .rmteam in the filename. You can compare file sizes to double-check.

BTW, it's quite illogical that you use high CRF=24 for your 1080p HEVC encodes to lower the file size and yet audio tracks are untouched and have a high bitrate of 384Kbps to 640Kbps! Sometimes these audio tracks comprise 50% of the file!!!
It's much better to lower the CRF to at least 23 (for better image quality) and instead lower the audio bitrate to 192Kbps.

Lowering the Constant Rate Factor = lowering the amount of compressi visual quality & a larger file size.

The default x265 CRF 28 is a size compromise and is visually lossless to most people, from the original source.

RMTeam's x265 CRF 24 is probably a little too low, and may not significantly increase noticeable visual quality, and producing a larger file

RMTeam's audio is usually re-encoded to aac 384. The original source as indicated in the release "File Information" is almost always higher. e.g,, NTb is usually ac3 at the higher end from 224 to 768, depending on their source.
